Vendor Information

Below you will find our Event Vendor registration form for our 2025 Car Shows.  Our Car Shows feature a mix of vendors from crafts, farm, and automotive related businesses.  We accept vendors of most types and we have a strong history and focus of supporting local businesses.

Vendor Cost

Please see the rate schedule and registration form below (each vendor fee includes access to the event for 2 vendor participants). We will email you an e-invoice for payment of your space (all forms of payment accepted) once we receive your registration.

Vending Information

Each vendor space ranges from 10' x 10' to 10'x50' and does not include access to electricity, tables, or chairs. To register, simply fill out the form below and we will invoice you and answer any questions that you may have.

Food Vendors 

We are in the process of contracting our 2025 Food Vendors. We limit the number of food vendors at each show to ensure your success.

Rain Date and Policy 

If there is 40% or greater chance of rain in the forecast on the Thursday before the event, according to weather.com, we will activate our Rain Date which is the next day, Sunday, for each event.

Setup and Breakdown

Setup is open Noon-3:00 PM on Friday before each show and 6:00-8:00 AM the morning of the show. We highly recommend setting up on Friday as show cars start lining up for the event early on show days. All vendors must remain in place for the duration of our show and early breakdown is not allowed.

 

We require all vendors to be in their space and set up no later than 30 minutes prior to the event opening. Late vendors are at risk of not being able to enter the show.  Booth breakdown follows the conclusion of our trophy ceremony or the scheduled conclusion time of the event. Vendors must remain setup throughout the published time of each event. Breakdown must be completed within 2 hours of show conclusion.
